Thin film physics
This course mainly introduces the manufacturing technology of thin film and thin film physics based content, introduce the basic theory of thin film. Main contents include the preparation of various kinds of thin film technology and monitoring and testing technology, thin film growth process and formation mechanism, the structure and properties of thin films, etc., and as far as possible reflect the current progress of membrane science and technology.
